Hi, hope someone out there has some experience with these simple questions or can point me to previous conversations. Had a zs5 early and loved the pics...some how scratched the lens a tad so then got a zs10 and it has been trouble on many fronts...seems to get "stuff" inside easily...had it cleaned before a trip to Africa this summer and with in a week it was back to floating "stuff"...and in addition the pic selection under MS1 and 2 gave pretty bad pics...if I switched back to IA it was better but not what I generally like to do ....I ope this was just a lemon and thinking of moving on to a "20"...last years model as the 2014s have things I don't really need or want....and price is great as that traveler I need for the daily stuff.

So my questions: why the "debris" problem and is it found by others to be a problem in that model or other too...maybe from the zoom but I never had an issue with the 5? The local camera guy who cleaned it said it had a reputation?

Also I hope the poor pics were again just a made chip in that camera or a lemon?

Finally, that touch screen goes off way too often on its own...or a casual touch so can I turn it off /deactivate it on the 10 and 20 models if I want to?

Thx, answers, comments, and suggestions welcome...new here today.
