Hi everyone, i am thinking of buying a mirrorless CSC but i am not sure because there are still not a lot of lenses out for these type of cameras. Do you think i should go for it or rather go for an DSLR?

And if i should buy an Mirrorless CSC, which one: nikon 1 J3, Nikon 1 V2 or the sony Nex 6?

Thanks

The answer depends on your expectations and what you plan on shooting.

All of those CSCs mentioned have specific benefits and drawbacks over each other as do DSLRs against CSCs.

What do you plan on shooting? Have you actually held any of those cameras?

Is there a reason you've ruled out micro 4/3? I ask because m4/3 currently has the most native lenses available, and since that seems to be a primary concern of yours...

Also don't forget that there are adapters that enable the use of other lenses/mounts on a CSC, some of which even enable electronic control (for a price).

In my experience, unless you shoot a lot of low-light action (i.e. indoor sports like hockey, for example) with a 70-200mm f2.8 lens mounted on a crop frame body (Canon 7D), you should be able to find a m4/3 lens that will work for you.
