I need to take pictures of my patients' mouth(teeth). What is the smallest camera I can buy that has option of attaching a macro lens and a ring flash?

I may go with t2i, ex14, 60mm macro lens but if there is anything smaller, please let me know.

Thanks.

If I'm not mistaken, the Sony NEX3 would be the smallest camera since its macro lens has the filter thread to accommodate a ring flash/continuous light.

I remembered there was a thread a while ago re dental photography & managed to find it, here; viewtopic.php?f=7&t=28278&p=242146&hilit=dental#p242146 probably not the answer you were looking for though, as it isn't a `small` set up.
