Hi! :)

at first scuse me for my bad english! I'm an italian user.

I'm going to buy a compact camera for my girlfriend but I'm very confused!
I need a cheaper camera (max 150 euro), but I don't want to buy a bad camera.
I haven't high request... a little zoom (4-5x), a normal resolution, a good lens... etc

I saw in particular some cameras :

Sony W350
Canon ixus 105
Canon ixus 130 ( that's is a little over budget)

Which of these is better?
I accept also other advise and model, I search the best for this price!

Help me guys! :)

Thanks

Hi, welcome!

I found the IXUS 95 to be a good camera for its price. Have a look at its review here!

Image Quality

Id still go for the IXUS 95 though. Here in Holland it's much cheaper than the others.

If you have any more questions about photography abbreviations, go here.

The IXUS 95 is a very nice camera, I'd go for it if I were you. Fair (But not suburb) zoom, good IQ and a nice, compact design!

Yup, but not worse in my opinion.
And that's why it's cheaper, and it has a viewfinder too.

But of you want to pay more, you always could

I agree with Reuben - the Ixus 95 is tough to beat in overall value and capabilities as a compact.

Yup, I'd say the best of them all, plus that viewfinder really is a benefit. Although it acts as a rangefinder viewfinder (It doesn't EXACTLY frame the photo), it's better in bright light to see.

I think that the Ixus 107 is fine, although it's not as good as the others for the price (IMO). I'd still go for the 95, it's a super camera for the price, with wonderful IQ and performance. How much is the 95 priced at, and how much is the 107? Thanks!

149 euro for ixus 107 (with 2gb sd card (useless, I've already a sd) and camera bag) and ixus 105

and

119 euro for ixus 95

If you tell me that the 95 is better for image quality, its ok. Or it's better only for price?
