Hey guys. I'm about to invest in an external harddrive for backup purposes, but i really can't figure out which way to go.
So do you have any recomandations, preferably USB 3.0 compatible and at least 500GB of space.

Canon EOS 400D + EF-S 17-85mm f/4-5.6 IS + EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS + EF 50mm f/1.8

I recommand a Western Digital My Passport Essential,500 GB with USB 3.0. In my country is 95$ & I guess the prices are the same in other countries. It's a super hard drive for the money. Or for greater memory purposes, the Western Digital My Book Essential 2 TB,for double the cost of the 500GB Passport.

Western Digital is hard to beat. They're quite durable and prices are competitive. I use this brand exclusively - desktop, laptop and external hdd.
