Since the Panasonic TZ5 is my first digital camera with high resolution AND able to take HD video, I don´t know how much memory the video uses per minute or how many photos I can get on a card if I am using the max pixil setting. Now, let's do some quick math: 9MPix = 4MByte/jpg. So you could squeeze 4000 images on a single 16GB card. That's enough for roughly 300 images per day for 2 weeks, but no videos yet. Btw. battery capacity is good for 300 images per day (on paper), so it certainly is a good idea to have a second battery handy
For 1 minute of 720p 30Hz video you need around 20MByte. So 140 60 second clips (10 per day) set you back almost 3GB.
It's up to you to decide whether this 160 clips plus 3000 images (or 10 clips plus 200 images per day on a 14 day trip) is enough for your liking. My personal advice: get one 16GB card of a well known manufacturer and be done with it!
