Like... in the $250 and below range? Wolverine and Epson's versions are quite costly!

I bought a used P-2000 recently for about £60, seems to be very similar to the P-3000 as far as I can tell. Or, have a look at Archos 5 and 7's, there's an adapter available that adds a usb port so you could link your camera up to it.
