I am in need of two bags, One being a HUGE bag for everything i have, and the other being a small shoulder bag just holding my D300, 18-200mm, and maybe another standard size lens.

For the shoulder bag i think i'll probably just get a domke(F2? F6?)

But Here's a list of everything i need to carryin the bigi bag:

--13" MacBook (prefably the abliltity to go larger eventually)
--Tripod AND Monopod
--Nikon D300 with MB-D10(need the bg to be deep. as the grip adds height)
--Tamron 70-200mm f/2.8
--Nikkor 18-200mm
--Tamron 90mm f/2.8 MACRO
--Nikkor 50mm f/1.8
--SB-600
--Cables/Cords/Spare Batteries/ect....
--Fit in overhead compartment of a plane.
--I'd also like to have room for another lens or two, maybe a tamron 10-24mm when it comes out?

So does anybody have any suggestions. I am looking at the Lowepro Vertex 200AW

I'll just throw in a good word for Lowepro.

I've seen many pro's use them for traveling and they really trust the bags and their durability.

So +1 to Lowepro from me.

I have a lowrepro slingshot 200. This bag would be too small for your needs but it is a very nicely designed bag and they have thought of almost everything, they make very nice bags.

They have quite a few bigger bags available that may suit your needs.
