I am looking for a protection filter for Samyang 85 1.4
What type do you recommend in order not to alterate the resolution?

Protection filter?

Not all of us believe in such things. There was a recent discussion of this subject in this forum.

Hoods protect your lens from impact damage better than any filter. If you mean to protect from something else, such as to complete a lens' weather sealing, I use Heliopan multiple-coated UV filters, which are very expensive, but of good optical quality, which is necessary for night shooting if there are streetlights and such.

I would like to protect it against: accidentaly spill hot water on it, or droping into sharp objects, or scratching, or anything else you can think off when the hood does not protect. (also in case i don't have the hood on)
