Hi guys,

Till now i've been using my dad's old bag (for his canon AE1 and 50 1.8 )to put my 40d and 50 f1.4 in. With my gear in it it's FULL. I'm going to buy a lenshood for my 50 f1.4 because I read that if your lens wobbles around in your bag the af system can get damaged (at least with lenses that extend during focussing like the 50 f1.4). They say the only thing that can protect you from that is a lenshood. Reversing the hood on the lens will cancel the protection. . So I need to buy a new bag. I already looked around on several websites, but there's just soooo much to choose from!

Here are the features I certainly want:

1) it must be a backpack

2) I must be able to attach my tripod to it

3) it should hold like 1 slr, a standard lens, a wide angle and maybe maybe someday a telezoom..... so not very big actually

4)it must be very cheap

I don't care about the brand as long as it's quality material

Any recommandations ?

Hi Bart,

A number of bags have been mentioned in this forum so I guess nothing has caught your eye yet. Would you care to share why not, as that may help others with their advice, and give a rough indication of budget?
