 Post subject: hoya and nikons nd grads

hi,
do i am having trouble figuring out what are the names for hoya and nikon nd grads (usually there are just listed filters with no explanation witch is witch), can someone please clarify their naming system so i can choose?

also is there anything to be aware of when choosing nd grad filter?
