I've just bought Canon 550D with standard 18-55 kit lens, and now i wanna buy a Polarizing Filter for landscapes.
Can anyone tell me how much a decent PF would cost me?

Your question is a little misplaced in the "Architecture and urban landscape photography" section so I've moved it.
Get a circular pol-filter and expect to pay at least 50$/EUR for a good one.

just wanna ask bit more here, as I'll be using the filter on my kit lens, is there any problem with that? or it'll gonna work fine?

I'll take it Canon's kitlens, like Sony's (and Nikon's, I guess ?) has rotating front element ? Well, that means that you'll have to focus first, and only than you should start rotating the filter to get the desired effect.

Yes, the front element does rotate, which means you have to focus first, then adjust the polarizer. And maybe focus once again since rotating the polarizer may throw the focus off slightly
