Well I never thought I would spend this much on a filter but I'm going on a trip, and I'm going to use step up rings for now on soo, I am hoping investing in a good polarizer is a good idea.

So any suggestions, recommendations, things to look for and lookout for. But I need to order one next week.

I can only speak for the Hoyas, as those are what I use - never had any problems with them, esopecially the HMC versions.

I just made to orders last week and went through the site, I'll do the same on this one.

anyone else? I had my eye on the B+W just cause its a tad cheaper. Most of these higher end ones should be fairly thin for wide angles shouldn't they?
