I've been looking into this for a bit, but Lightroom doesn't support 10bit colour just now, however photoshop does.
Only other catch is needing a quadro GPU to drive this since NVIDIA consumer cards doesn't have the ability (at least aren't allowed via drivers) to output over Displayport at 10bit colour.
Anyone else given this a go? Seems like it would be worth it since it would more accurately be able to represent print colour.
