hi sorry for sounding dumb but im new to photography and photoshop, after spending days on photoshop editing my first photos which i think dont look to bad and i would love to share them with you i have now spent days trying to get them on to flicker i just casnt do it i seem to have saved them dotted about the computer but when i click on them it just opens photoshop and when i search for them though flicker i cant find them please help me thanks nikki

Hi nikkiboo, looks like you need to decide on a simple storage location that is meaningful to you for all your photo collection. Try a search for *.jpg in my computer.

Sounds to me like you saved the images in Photoshop format (.PSD) which is not supported by Flickr. (This would explain both why clicking on the image files opens Photoshop and why they don't appear in the Flickr upload window.) If so, you need to open the images in Photoshop again and save them as .jpg (or another format that Flickr supports; there are several, but jpg is very common).

Actually, in CS5, you may want to use the "Save for Web and Devices" option (Alt-Ctrl-Shift-S) because it allows you to save as jpg, change color space to sRGB and resize and sharpen (Bicubic Sharper) all in one step.
