Cropping, red eye correction, MINOR burning, dodging and color correction are acceptable.

What are "minor burning" and "Dodging"?

and What are color corrections? is it to do with hue saturation, and doing Auto Levels?

I'm just worried, I don't want to break rules.

And among the rules, do you gys have any 'tips' that I can take advantage of to make the best out of my shot?

I'm confident with the shots i take, but taking advantage with the postprocess is a plus for me.

Burning and dodging are spot corrections you can make to adjust exposure. Dodging reduces exposure at whatever area you've "painted" or "brushed" over in your editor and burning increases exposure.

Colour corrections would refer to hue and saturation among other things but not auto-levels. Auto-level is an exposure adjustment, it's a very crude tool especially if you are allowed to burn and dodge but I suppose you already know this.
