I still dont have a 1080p option.

Hmm, that's confusing as it says in one of the windows on the right hand side "Editing mode: P2 1080i/1080p 60Hz DVCPRPROHD" and lower down in the same window it says "Fields: No Fields (Progressive Scan)".

So what's going on, I wonder?

Haha. I was pointing to a plugin. Nero and Pinnacle Studio tend to do this. "If you want to export to MP4 you have to pay extra"
