1. Need SW like Photoshop or PhotoMatix
2. Need at least 3 different exposures from a tripod (although zorro is doing "it" handhold) optimally +-2EV - means if the normal exposure is 1/125sec, make two other ones with 1/30sec and with1/500sec
3. Combine the light parts of the dark photo with the dark parts of the light photo (plus the medium parts of the normal photo).
That's it: easy as 1, 2, 3
