Quick question.

Do people convert NEF to DNG on importing files or convert after developing them in lightroom 4

I always work from straight RAW files (CR2 in my case), and then export out as JPGs. I keep the RAWs though, as I have pretty ample hard drive space. No sense adding an extra conversion step in there, unless you're shooting a D800 with it's ginormous files...
