Redrock Micro offers rigs to use the Canon EOS 5D Mark II and Nikon D90 actual video cameras. Pretty interesting... but I would think that one would want to invest in an HD video camera rather than use the spotty(IMO) HD function on the Mark II and D90...

I watched the D90's HD in action. I'm not sure what other's are saying about it... it does seem to be a cool feature to have, but is it usable without a tripod?

WOW! that is cool. i was thinking about that when they first released, dslrs are an akward shape to shoot video with. i think the 5D mk III or D100 will have vastly improved video quality but from what i have seen the 5D mk II has some pretty impressive results.
