Hi!
Can anyone recommend a type of tripod that's small and lightweight enough to fit in a luggage to take away with you on overseas trip?
An alternative is the Gorrilapod... but what about of tripods?

Weeeell, that depends how small and light... when I take the head off my Manfrotto legs, I can fit it into 'relatively' small bags... but when I'm travelling, I normally avoid tripods altogether unless I am specifically going to take a certain type of shot...

As I've mentioned in other threads, I find small and light tripods too much of a compromise... just personally speaking.
