Hi all (been a while),

I was wondering if this would be a good combination (or should i go with a manfrotto monopod?):

I was also wondering if this manfrotto head (the 393) has got some kind of quick releas button.

I mainly shoot landscapes & wildlife (mostly birds)
My gear consists out of a Nikon D3000 + Sigma 150-500mm (or a tamron 18-270mm, but i don't think i need my monopod for this one)
