I have just ordered a 70-200mm lens and can't wait, but I have a monopod and tripod, my tripod has a ballhead with the quick release plate on the battery grip. However I want to balance my 70-200mm better so I am going to get a tripod collar of ebay (third party) and want a suitable ball head with quick release for my monopod. Thus when I am using my 70-200mm I can quickly put it on my monopod or tripod and anyother lens straight onto the tripod without any messing around.

Can you recommend any suitable Manfrotto ball heads for my setup?
