hi i bouht a velbon sherpa 250r and i can figger out how to spred the legs out to get the head lower to the ground is there a clip you push or pull is you can help that would be great

Specs say: Minimum working height of 59cm, so I doubt you cán get any lower ;)

I take pictures so quickly, my highschool was "Continuous High".

If it's anything like my 450, there might be a screw fitting on the bottom of the centre post, if there is, you should be able to unscrew the head and fit it to the bottom screw, your camera will be upside down, but you can easily rotate your photos in pp.
