Is there a standard size for all tripod heads and mounts, meaning will heads and legs mix and match between brands.

I only ask because im not a tripod kinda guy and only own one which is a camlink TPPRO24A but would love to attach a Manfrotto 322RC2 grip ball head to it?

I couldn't say for sure but it seems that bits are largely interchangeably. Seems to be two common screw sizes, which I'll just call small and large. Small ones are the ones that fit in camera bodies. Large ones seem popular on premium tripod bits, which includes Manfrotto tripods and heads. The Gorrilapod SLR zoom has the small screw but they also give you a screw on adapter to make it big screw.

I'm 99% sure you can get an adapter so, if it dosen't fit just get an adapter.

Yep, Manfrotto uses the big mount for their heads, which is 3/8". The typical screw is 1/4".
