As I indicated in my PM, your first and most important task for shooting anything other than the Moon is guidance. That pretty much means a motor driven equatorial mount. Personally I would avoid the item you linked to unless you wanted it for something else. I have no way of knowing what the quality of the optics is like but bear in mind that stars are just about the most unforgiving subject you can choose.
If you are new to the subject you could do worse than have a look through some of the articles accessed from
this Sky & Telescope page.
It's a steep learning curve but it's very satisfying when you get it right.
