Unbelievably - we just had 6 clear nights in a row. Just so you don't get too excited the last 2 nights had an intrusive Moon :(

One of the (not brand) new images is the definitive Rosette I posted recently, the final image to be processed and posted will be one of the very distant Quasar in Lynx.
I am looking forward to "doing" M78 properly, but as I'm fast losing it to a bank of trees in the West - this may now have to wait until next year :( :(

Hi Greg, impressive work on Barnard's Loop so far - that thing is pretty faint!

Hi Gordon,

I have since acquired 8 hours of H-alpha on this area (the Moon was up) - but I need at least another 4-6 hours of RGB, and I think this one will have moved on before I can get it :(
