Got out to do some imaging for the first time in over 2 months last night! After shutting down the mini-WASP array I took a look towards my southern horizon and was greeted by an amazing astronomical photo-opportunity grin01 grin01 There in the south-east directly over the mini-WASP dome was a beautiful colour-contrast pairing - an amazingly bright red Mars together with a bright deep-blue Spica. Ran indoors to grab the Canon 5D MkII and a 28mm lens and captured this image below. What a way to end the evening grin01 grin01 grin01 grin01 Mars and Spica
