Absolutely perfect imaging conditions last night - I don't know why I packed up at 1:30 a.m. after "The Island" finished, I should have gone on to other things - still brain starts giving up in the early hours. Got two objects, first was this one, IC2169 in Monoceros which lies just west of the Cone nebula. 16 x 10 minute subs on this one added to 37 x 4 minute subs from February 2010. Camera in portrait mode last night and in landscape mode in 2010 - hence the frame shape. Emission, dark and reflection nebulosity amongst other things in this one - what more do you want??
