Hi

Well my question is simply what kind of photos I can catch with my gear.
I have a Canon eos 7d
for tele I have a 100-400 and a x2 telecovnverter
For wide angle I have 10-22 mm and a Samyang 8 mm fisheye
What stars, planet or nebula could I catch?

Yesterday I took this picture of the milkyway with my 8 mm fisheye
60 sec at f 3,5 iso 6400.
Hardly tweaked in Lightroom
The green stuff in the lower corner i northeren lights. I have lots of pictures of that

Nice shot.

At at about 200mm you should be able to nicely frame M31. I was out last night shooting M31 but at 340mm so I think it will be a little cropped.

The veil nebula fits in at about 200mm, the North America Nebula (NGC7000) could be a good target at more wider focal lengths say around 70mm?

Those are the ones I know, but I guess the fun is pointing at a part of the sky and seeing what comes out.
