This is presumably a tri-pod mounted shot? Also, were you using the mirror lock up function? Mirror lock up can really reduce image blur.

Yeah I used a tri-pod for this shot but I didn't use the mirror lock up
I actually didn't know what this feature was till now.... I googled it and i'll try again

Great attempt. Aperture is about right maybe could be opened up a little. As for shutter speed this should be around 1/250th min, the moon is a fast moving object and considerably bright so such a shutter speed would be ample.

Also see if you can use a longer focal length, on a cropped sensor the moon is about 1mm on the sensor for every 100mm of focal length. At about 500mm it will start to fill the frame nicely.
