Noel Carboni worked his Photoshop magic on just 45-seconds worth of data at ISO1600 from the Canon 40D and the 17-55mm zoom at 17mm. The result is this!
There are three faint Perseids here, you couldn't actually see them naked eye over the Moonglow.
Just 10-seconds before I started imaging a VERY bright meteor went through the field of view, it all went downhill after that.
The camera was mounted on the amazing little Astrotrac which performed flawlessly throughout the night.
