Camera Labs

OK im new to this computer stuff,but as to light and its recording be it CCD,CMOS or film i have been playing a long time..so can someone help me with ....What the hell is the bandwidth of the Sensor in the Canon 450D,is it just 400-700nM or does anyone have a band trace of it because i cant find one on the Internet anywhare,if someone has the spectral responce curve an quantum efficency pleas post it here or at least a link.many thanks Tony

Canon 450D/Kit Lens 18-55mm IS f/3.5-5.6/Canon 50mm f/1.8 MKII/Tamron 70-300 f/4-5.6 Tele/macro (its cheap but works) & Loads of Kit i have built myself for video and Near Infrared Videography.

I don't know of the response of the 450D, but in this thread there is similar data on higher models in the Canon range which might be indirectly useful.
