Not sure if it belongs in technical scientific section, but this is really intriguing. Getting aerial shots from a very low altitude.

Pretty cool! I remember seeing something similar-ish where people attached cameras to radio controlled planes!

I wonder if you could use a computer to view the Live view of some DSLRs using this???

That would be fairly helpful in composing

Weeeeell, you could use the Canon 40D / 50D with a WFT-E3A to transmit the Live View over Wifi - and with line of sight to the camera and no buildings in the way, the range would be good too - BUT you'd need a hefty kite or plane to lift it!
