 Post subject: my first moon shot

10 days before i bought my frst DSLR and today i gave my first shot at the moon.


300mm, f/5.6, 1/320s, iso 250, +0.7EV, RAW cropped

Looks good, particularly on the upper edge as shown. But so small... was this only a crop taken at 300mm? I'd expect it to be 2 or 3 times bigger if so.

thanks popo, yeah that was a crop at 100%, but i dont know why it's looking small after i posted here, and when i upload the original image to flickr, the size is reduced to 1024 pixels, i dont know what o do.
