Hi guys, just got back from a week long stay on Anglesey (In Wales) and I just wanted to show a photo I took at RAF Valley (Airbase).
I'll post a few more on my Flickr soon, but anyway ill get to the point....
Last tuesday I decided I'd spend half a day at Valley with all my gear:
Camera, Tripod, Camcorder, etc. and got some pretty neat shots of the jets including a Red Arrow who's pilot was taking some exams.
The day after on the way to have a meal we pulled over at the end of the runway just to take a look.
At that very moment in swoops a Hawk T.1 with smoke billowing out the engine and two seconds later both pilot and navigator ejected.
Compltely unprepared with not even a disposble camera to hand all I could do was hit my head on the dashboard..... Oh well, but you can be asured from now on my camera will either be supergluded to my palms.
