To start, I'm not sure if this is where it goes, but I'll try here anyway. I took this picture a while ago and just now started playing with it. I like the way it came out a lot. What do you all think??
It was taken from a moving car going over bumpy Vermont roads at dusk with a somewhat long exposure (somewhere around 30 or 60).

Well its an intresting shot, looks like loads of my expermintal shots that i take from when i m riding the buss, they all seem to end up that way the buss is shaky ride! I like tho the colour effects that you applied to image, how did do that?

But when you mention motion blur this shot pops up in my head but i think this is called panning:
