Not sure if this is the right section or not, but here goes.

I've never shot fireworks before with a proper set-up (DSLR, tripod, shutter release etc) so this was a new experience for me. I took loads of pictures and have uploaded 50 to flickr. I've put them in a set here: http://flic.kr/s/aHsjvzT3eH

However, here are a few which I am really happy with. It was certainly fun, esp running in bulb mode and playing with shutter time etc :)

Some really good firework photos! I once tried to photograph fireworks but didn't have my tripod with me as I didn't know we were going. As you could imagine it didn't go well. :D
