I've posted mostly in the Wildlife thread, but thought I'd share some Florida beach sports activity in my hometown. I shot all of this non-professionally, just for fun, with a Tamron 200-500mm lens on my DSLR-A300...I like to capture a little bit of the 'life' of my beachside town. Comments, critique, or questions welcome.

Thanks all. I intend to get back and shoot some more similar scenes once I get through the holidays - winters are fun for that because though the waters feel cold for us, it's warm for northerners visiting - and the beaches are much less crowded. I don't mind the crowds, but hanging out on a beach with a huge long lens in the summer when there are lots of bikinied girls, kids, families, etc tends to get unwanted attention!
