As the football (american) season is coming to an end, i will be transitioning to soccer (football outside of US/Canada) and basketball. Since soccer is played ion the same field as football, i'll still be using trusty Tamron
70-200mm f/2.8, but basketball is a little different.
Basketball is much faster moving, and requires a faster shutter speed, and on top of that the lighting isn't as good as it is indoor. Thankfully, it doesn't require as long of a focal length, and i'm thinking, Nikon 85mm f/1.8
Does anybody have any other suggestions, or does anyone have experience with this lens, or shooting basketball in general?
