This new AF system will apparently not work with all lenses. I have three Tokinas in my lens bag, i.e. 11-16mm, 16-50mm and 50-135mm, all f2.8. Very pleased with them
Will they work with the 70D's Dual Pixel CMOS AF system?

Eric

There is a youtube video going around search 70d +18-35mm f1.8 it shows it work with this lens so it should in theory be fine with your lenses

I read on canon's website, I cant remember the link, that they tested thoroughly the 70D on All of their lenses, which means the AF will work on allof canon's lenses in their current and past EF lens mounts.

However they did not mention any testing on lenses by other brands, so it unlikely the AF will perform great on lenses from other brands!
