The above link seems to be the source of rumour websites all posting about the ever rumoured successor to the ageing if popular 100-400L. Combined with the 7D mk2 this should make a formidable wildlife kit. To this day, the combo most used by me is the 7D and 100-400L so should I look for an upgrade this seems to be an obvious consideration.
