Welcome to the forum!
EOS EF is EOS EF, film or digital, so your old lenses, if truly EF, should work fine on your new camera. (EF-S lenses, however, are NOT SAFE TO USE ON AN EF CAMERA!) Whether or not the images recorded by your old lenses will be any better than your kit lens, however, is questionable. Your 18-55mm with IS is actually a very capable lens, within the 18mm to 55mm focal length range.
I was able find some reviews of the 75-300mm, and it seemed rather unloved. I learned there have been at least three generations without Image Stabilization, and one with Image Stabilization. Really, however, it is how your lens performs on your camera that matters, when you review the images on your computer monitor. Keep in mind that your monitor can enlarge an image until its pixels fall apart. An image only needs to be pleasing at the sizes you wish to view it, whether on a monitor, or printed.
Remember to remove film-era filters from your lenses, to see how they truly transmit light.
The 35-135mm seems to be so ancient that finding on-line reviews is difficult. It may have been a good lens in its day, but those days were before the internet was in widespread use.
