any worry using the knock-offs?

Im using knock-offs since I use batteries! No problems with knock-offs, be prepared they might be less good than the originals. But this may not be a big problem, as you can buy some knock-offs against one original. Two knock-offs give you way more juice than an original.

I generally avoid the cheapest batteries, but I have not had an issue with third party batteries.
