Can anyone help me remove the back cover of my Canon 7D? My large Quick Select wheel has stopped functioning and I was told it may need cleaning on the contact points around the Wheel. Thanks in advance!

Don't you think it's better to send it back to Canon so they can fix it? Is it still under warranty?

Meaning you don't know if that's the case? Assuming that it is still under warranty as pierovera said, don't you think it'd be more sensible to have Canon diagnose/repair it?

It is a good idea to send digital cameras to factory-authorized service centers periodically, anyway, so why not let Canon take care of your problem, even if the warranty has lapsed, or is otherwise not in effect?
