Hello,

I have owned the 6D for a little over 3 months now and I'm very pleased with it. It is my first full frame DSLR. I could have gotten the 5D, but being this is my first full frame camera, and I got a great price, I have no regrets. I also expect the technology of sensors will have a big improvement in the dynamic range in a couple years from now and maybe then, that will be a good time to get an upgraded model.

As far as the price, what I did was wait until the first week of the new year. That's the best time to buy things and I got an amazing price online, with free 2 day shipping, and no added taxes, and was able to add quite a few more goodies and still come in under the full asking price. (added a Manfrotto tripod, 3 Hoya filters, spare battery, AND a sdhc 32G card)

The Wifi hasn't been very useful for me, but the gps geotagging is.
