Lensrentals runs their newly arrived 24 and 28mm f/2.8 IS USM lenses through the tester, and they're "good". They're still trying to figure out who would buy one though...

On a photography standpoint I totally agree. For video work, though, having IS would be quite interesting. But at that price, they're targeting the more serious shooters.
