No, I don't live on Canonrumors even if it might seem that way at times!

They have posted a press release that was allegedly briefly posted on a CPN site before being removed. ... ming-soon/

Some claims include:
Raw burst length is improved from 15 to 26 frames. I wonder how they do that? What was the old limitation? Storage or processing?
Auto-ISO maximum setting - YAY! At last we're no longer limited to the default 3200, and you can set it to another value. Mine will be going to 6400 and staying there!
User set filename prefix - one from the latest cameras, will come in useful when I'm shooting multiple bodies to help avoid conflicting filenames.

There are some other updates too. If this update happens, it will make a great camera even better.

I hope they could also implement the auto-ISO and user filename updates to the 5D2 too, but I guess with the recent release of the 5D3 they're not likely to revisit a previous model now.

I saw that also. I'm not sure but I think the 7d can only be set to bracket 3 shots, I was hoping to hear an increase it sine they did the 5d III
