Hello what are the minimum focal distance on a canon 18-135mm at all focal lengths.

Hello Trevor, im not quite sure what your answer means? I meant that the close focusing distance of the canon 18-135mm was just over 50cm at 18mm I was wondering if it was the same at 135mm

Yup, its the same throughout. But its 45cm, not 50cm (that's a good thing).

Its just the physical dustance from the sensor (correct me if Im wrong) to the subject that you have to worry about - so 45cm is how far you have to be standing, Im sure the lens barrel extention at 135 doesnt affect how far you have to stand - its still 45cm.

This is for all lenses too. If a lens says 3 meter distance, and you have say a 100mm-400mm lens, doesnt matter at 100 its 3 meters and at 400, its still 3 meters.

The thing that made me ask this was that I have some old pentax film lenses which when zooming in the close focusing distance changes
