Hi all,

I have the 40D as well as the Canon 420 EX flash.
Im mostly a landscape and natural light outdoor kind of guy, but of late I have been enjoying taking indoor pictures of bands and dancers.
When I can I use my 50mm 1.8 and with high iso, I can stop motion.
Other times I can't or don't want to be so close so I use my 70-200 f4 L or the orginal Canon 75-300 f4-5.6 IS

So clearly with the two zooms I need flash or Im going to get camera shake or motion blur, indoor flash work is my weakest point.
Can anyone recomend a site or guild that would help me understand how best to use flash for my needs?

Clearly just setting on Program does not give a natural feel, or gives much mood.

Dave
